Refund & Reschedule Policy

This Policy applies to paid sessions with Intellect Parallax Institute Limited: Intensives, Private Chart Clinics, Evening Practice Circles, and Mentoring series.

Eligibility & timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the scheduled session start. Cancellations between 6 days and 48 hours before start may receive a 50% refund. Within 48 hours, fees are generally non-refundable except where we cancel the session.

Deposits

Intensive seats may require a deposit. Deposits follow the same timeframe rules unless your confirmation letter states a stricter hold.

Non-refundable items

Custom printed chart packs already produced for your instruments, and completed mentoring sessions within a series, are non-refundable.

Work already started

If a clinic or mentoring appointment has begun, that portion of time is non-refundable. Unused future mentoring sessions in a paid series may be refunded pro rata when cancelled under the 7-day rule.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before start and subject to room availability. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee stated in your confirmation.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation; the session fee is forfeited.

When we cancel

If we cancel due to instructor illness or room closure, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date.

Refund process & method

Email info@intellectparallax.click with “Refund” in the subject, your full name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
