This Policy explains how Intellect Parallax Institute Limited (“we”), as data controller, handles personal data for visitors and participants connected with our technical analysis training.

Data we collect

Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, message content, session interest), correspondence records, and limited technical data such as cookie identifiers described in our Cookie Policy.

Purposes

We use data to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, issue invoices and preparation notes, improve room logistics, and meet legal accounting duties in Hong Kong.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a booking follows. Booking and invoice records are retained for at least seven years to satisfy Hong Kong business record expectations. Cookie data follows the durations in the Cookie Policy.

Sharing

We use service providers for email hosting and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. Providers process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Hong Kong, we seek appropriate contractual safeguards and transfer only what is necessary for the stated purpose.

Your rights
